[BC] FCC Enforcing DTV Notice to Consumers

Well, the spec of DVD-R130 clearly states that it records DLP HDTV and
it has some n-bit (I forgot) D/A converter for recording home videos, etc.

I guess the FCC thinks that if it can receive analog TV as well as
digital TV, the analog poisons it. Soon we'll have the FCC checking
in our bedrooms and we'll all have to turn in our video-disks or
be remanded to one of those federal prisons that Haliburton
is building.

I guess that the FCC is mostly lawyers, now, making jobs for
other lawyers.

Anybody know why a snake won't bite the FCC?
