[BC] RF gasketing or not on old CCA

Check out Mc Master Carr.  They have what they call "Quarter-Turn Captive
Fasteners" which I think is what you call Dzus fasteners and they even carry
some "EMI-RFI Gasket materal"  You can find almost anything from these
people.
