[BC] Many HD stations with wrong delay

Interesting reading - I wonder if he could add to his study how many 
HD-2 signals are swapped L/R . I brought this up to iBiquity and 
Harris at the NAB Radio show and have heard nothing substantive back 
from either of them about this problem since - other than a short 
response from iBiquithy that it is apparently a 'receiver' problem. 
Well, who licenses the software for the receivers...?
