[BC] Many HD stations with wrong delay

Brian Beezley did a major undertaking yesterday and this morning.  He 
lives atop a hill in San Marcos north of San Diego and can receive many 
HD stations.  But the delay is wrong, way wrong in many cases.  And some 
stations have the digital and analog out of phase with each other.  I'm 
sending this to the lists because the problem is much greater than I 
ever imagined and may apply across the country; 23 of the 34 stations he 
can receive, and these are just the FMs.  He's a little tough on station 
engineers, but take a look at the data.  It's VERY interesting.  Brian 
is a true professional and I'm sure these numbers are accurate, aside 
from the rounding he mentions.
