[BC] How standard is THIS?

Tip off is this is a large company surely in good odor with Wall Street. 
Seems an excellent "New Economy" biz model. Of course, heretics such as Catherine 
Austin Fitts dub it the "Tapeworm Economy", but isn't that why right thinking
