[BC] Noise free radio...George Yazell

[Dale Adkins-WINI]

George  owned and ran a Class A stand alone FM station licensed to Peru, IL.
That was when I first met George in person.  It was then, or shortly
afterward that he came up with the Noise Free Radio project.  I don't know
of his current whereabouts.
