[BC] DN-C680 problems

Hey folks,
   Our DN-C680 CD players continue to do the oddest things.  Anyone had one of
these things randomly jump around when programmed to play a certain set of cuts
in a row?  How about if you are playing cuts 2,3 and 5 and when it jumps from 3
to 5 it pauses longer than normal and on at least one occasion it sent a burst
of white noise out.  Skipping also happens from time to time but as long as the
disks are clean and have little to no scratches they play fairly well.  Oh and
the one that has caught them the most is playing all programmed cuts in order
and then returning to the first cut and playing it all over again with a cut
time of 99:59 which of course isn't the case.
Who do you use for repair of these boat anchors?
