At one station I work at many years past, the PD was one that also used the 
geological sedimentary filing system, and his desk was always piled high. 
One day the manager confronted him and said he had to do something about the 
all the stuff on his desk.  His reply, "I had the structural engineers in 
here yesterday, and they assured me it would hold at least four times the 
weight."  The manager just walked away ...........
