According to the post, the tower site is also available for purchase
separately.

50,000 watt AM Radio Station for Sale. Previous buyer backed out, and
the owner needs to sell now. The 50KW signal serves a population of
over 650,000 people, and covers 2 rated markets (Boise/#105 and Twin
Falls/#235). New price is $800K(reduced from $1.2M), for the license
and equipment. *The 40 acre tower site is also available for a
reasonable lease, and could be included in the sale for an additional amount.
*(emphasis added)

Wonder why they'd limit it to those TWO formats, though - seems like
ANY non-duplicated format would be acceptable.

OTOH, I wonder how hard it would be to get same or similar facilities
at another site... Protect W L S, but what else... Hmmm...

Boise...
