Friends,
In 2007 the CPB Board approved an allocation of $7 million to the Digital
Radio Conversion Fund. CPB has opened this round to distribute the
allocation. The deadline for acceptance of applications is November 23,
2007. This may be the last round of funding available for digital radio
conversion.
Here's a link to where you can find the guidelines and application forms.

To date, CPB has funded the digital conversion of 640 public radio
transmitters, 72% of all public radio transmitters. Over 300 public radio
stations are now transmitting digital signals. Standard funding levels are
the same as past rounds. Requests for Hardship Status are accepted which may
result in an award greater than standard funding levels.
