If I get a RA-1000, which I know that John Lyles is sending a partial will
get posted on your site, just as I have posted tons of other stuff, and have
more to post after some of these articles that I have recently written for
Barry.

For you southern boys like Jerry Mathis, WDXI in Jackson, TN, had both a 5 k
and a 1 k unit as it was a 5 kw at day and 1 at night.  Nice transmitter but
it was a brute when you consider size and weight, def not in the same class
as the little Gates and RCA 1R1 unit.

But as I hear from all the OM on the list here, it would run forever.

Hey Scott Frybush, do you have any photo's of Raytheon gear from any of your
station visits?
