[BC] Company Laptops

This can get complicated and cause HR and other issues.  It also depends 
on the size of your company. I work for a very large company and we 
issue a lot of laptops. We track them by serial number and hold the end 
user responsible for loss or damage as they are by policy for other 
company issued devices like pagers, Blackberrys and cell phones. In the 
event of legitimate loss or theft the company self insures (read 
replaces it at their expense).
