[BC] Only 2 IBOCs in Los Angeles

Daytime today are KLAC 570, KSPN 710, KABC 790, and KFWB 980 besides the 
two above.  So, we we're down 2/3 since so far. :)

Also KOGO 600 in San Diego, but I forgot to check them last night.

KBRT 740 runs IBOC out on Santa Cataline Island, but they are a 
daytimer.
