My favorite AM transmitter as well. I've worked with a lot of them. The
first one was at (then) WAAN Waynesboro, TN. Later put one at the AM in Mt.
Pleasant, TN (forgot the call letters). It's still there AFAIK (Kevin Kidd
would know).
Put two in when I built WJED, if I remember the calls correctly, in
Somerville, TN. That station is long gone. I travelled to NY and MA to pick
them up, which turned out to be an Indiana Jones-type adventure--lots of
problems and excitement. It was my one and only sojourn to New England (and
hopefully my last!).
Kevin Kidd would be your best chance I am aware of for a manual, as he works
for both Waynesboro and Mt. Pleasant stations now. He peruses this list. Of
course you can also go to Dan Churchill at Commercial Radio Company in
Cavendish, VT. He's the Keeper of the Flame (and parts :) ) for these
transmitters.
