[BC] Remote Control Safety

Instead of the phone line, I usually will disconnect power to the RC. In
many of our sites, we have macros which run when things happen. And in
some cases, the macros will do something we don't want at that
moment. So...power off insures nothing will happen.
Lock-out/tag-out otherwise...
