The point of the rule is access to the public file.

1.  Post normal business hours & get a little "back by" plastic clock thingy from your office supply store.

2.  Post a sign with a contact number (cell phone would work best).

3. As an alternative put a copy of the public file someplace that is manned during business hours.  We have the public file for one of our stations at a tile and carpet store.  The owner is a fan of the station, we give him an extra $50 worth of ads each month.
