[BC] AM IBOC is still experimental

    Well, as far as I am concerned it is an experimental technology. 
If the FCC and the NAB were intellectually honest about this, they 
would also understand. I don't want to rehash the points made here 
already, but the biggest point about this being experimental is that 
we do not know the extent of interference at night and by 
skywave.  We should have turned on the nighttime operations for IBOC 
at least three or four years ago and with more than just a handful of 
select stations.  Then we could be closer to settling whether or not 
IBOC is a viable technology on AM.
