[BC] IBOC AM Quality

It really depends on the station. Our local stations are not bad in 
digital. I have heard stations with many cascades of coding where going 
back to analog was a relief.  In fact the worst I ever heard was in Las 
Vegas in the Ibiquity booth. The following year they clued in and had 
music on the digital and talk on the main.
