LOL! Ah, but my wife actually loves sports! It would be SHE who would be
issuing those commands! ;) We watch the Yankees together. She also loves to wat
ch
Tennis. I'm take-it-or-leave it. Mythbusters is my favorite show, and she
watches it with me. We're both "Superman" fans, so we also like "Smallville" bu
t
she moreso than I. We also both like all of the incarnations of Star Trek, tho
it's all repeats, now.

Seriously, tho, I look forward to the day when we can walk into a darkened
room, and just say "Computer: Lights" and there we go. I bought a gadget that
will do that, but it's a little flaky. (Still cool, tho!) The really cool thing

will be the ability to speak a series of commands and have a computer
interpret them (with 100% accuracy, thank you) then carry them out. Want to hea
r
Classical music? "Computer: Lights, 50%. Music, Classical." You could, of cours
e,
be more specific... but you get the idea. "Computer: Radio, WFIF" ;) Hehe!

I seriously expect to see this technology "fully mature" in less-than 10
years, commercially viable probably in 4-5. That's my guess.

Willie...
