[BC] The FCC hates daytimers

There is a rule and still is in effect that an FM translator can not
rebroadcast an AM station. It doesn't matter if it is on their tower or
not. There is a CP for a translator on my tower at 100.5. We can't use
it, even if we wanted to. The rule is still in effect.
What the FCC did for WGNS was unfair to the rest of the small AM's as
well.
