Who cares??  What does the NRC or IRCA add to the bottom line of the 
nighttime broadcasters? We live in a $$$ driven world. I don't like it; I grew up with 
BCB DX and will miss the sense of accomplishment from pulling some station 
out of the noise. 

Like it or not, $$$ drives everything and there is not much we can do. Maybe 
objections from Canada will put a stop to IBUZ at night.
