[BC] Frequency Measuring

I've enjoyed following this thread, but one thing I havent seen mentioned
was the Sunday nite silent period when most of these tests used to be done.
There were not very many stations on the air accross the US on Sun or I
should say very early Monday morning. That would make it much easier to
hear these stations for their freq test
