[BC] HDTV s impact on portables

If the unit you linked is that small and can be USB powered I guess the
DTV industry is well into small and efficient chip sets. That would
indicated that battery powered portables will be there. Considering the
existing portables need enough power to light up a CRT and that new set
will likely be LCD; power consumption should be similar for NTSC and DTV
portables.
