Those graveyard channels are someone's licensed property and source 
of income. Those graveyard channels are often the very ones who 
actually serve their communities. Who will make these eminent domain 
decisions? Will a mom and pop operation in a small market have to 
have a politician in his pocket to keep what he's worked his life to create?

When a city sees the savings in operation and maintenance you haven't 
got a prayer of stopping it. Just imagine when they discover reliable 
white LEDs that can replace street lights we'll find a hash generator 
every few hundred feet.
