[BC] ftp servers

I occasionally have larger audio files - raw news interviews & such - that I'd like to make available to other area broadcasters. The files are too big to email back & forth, & I'd like to post them to an ftp, where they'd be available to anyone who wants to download.

Here's the question... can anyone recommend a free ftp server site that I could do this sort of thing with? Or am I going in the wrong direction?
