I don't know if you still can, but when we did the projects I know TM let us pick songs ala carte and then they'd send the library over.  It was a bit more than their packaged libraries, but it was pretty easy.

TM Century does have one.  I printed out their song list and  decided that 
about 70% of it didn't really belong on a Standards station, or at  least, not 
on the one I manage.  We decided to do our own.
