[BC] Public File cautionary story

I feel compelled to comment on this Public File business.

I was recently inspected by the FCC.  Very nice guy from the Dallas office.. 
and he wanted to see the public file and asked for specific items.  On the 
FCC's website is a guide for AM, FM & TV stations.  He showed it to me was 
very helpful in explaining the different sections.  If you download that 
handbook, you cant go wrong..  I just went thru the handbooks for AM and FM 
and made files for each topic.  Also make sure you have an EAS handbook 
handy , I have one at the operating position and another in the public 
file.. and don't forget the famous
Public and Broadcasting... he did ask for it, and I had it, the new one.
Its not hard guys... just follow the guide and you will be fine.
