I have one of those little devils here at WNIU WNIJ and I am faced with this
same situation. I used a utility from ESE called GPS32, accessed the clock
via its RS-232 port, and simply advanced it to Eastern Time Zone. This
shoulod work for your client, assuming he's in the same time zone as I am
(Central). Otherwise, set it to the TZ that is an hour ahead of wherever
your client is. So far, so good here:-) I'll have to get my chip installed
before April 1st, however :-)

Is anyone there familiar with this box? I have a client who needs to
know how to manually change the offset for DST until he can get the new
chips ordered.
