[BC] notebook suggestions

I am sold on Dell.  If you purchase the warranty policy you can throw 
them in your checked luggage and never think twice.  If you travel the 
coverage is a must.  I once ruined my PCMICA slot while I was getting 
ready to leave Ellsworth, ME and the tech met me the next day in Salt 
Lake City and swapped out my motherboard.  This was a Dell Inspiron 8000 
and it had a couple hundred thousand miles on it and it still works.  I 
now have a new Dell 6400 and it too is a great laptop.  I have a couple 
friends who have purchased Sony's in the last couple years and they both 
wish they had purchased a Dell.
