[BC] Gates Studioette Console...

There were two versions of the Gates Studioette and both are tube 
types.  As I recall, the original was the 52CS.  I don't recall the 
model number for the newer one but I have one packed away in my 
garage (of course) and no manual.  I wouldn't mind having a manual if 
someone could make an extra copy.  For such a small console it sure 
weighs a lot!
