Yep, I'm sure. Not having seen Glen's message, I merely rebooted,
overlooking the necessity of re-selecting my own time zone to make
TZedit's change effective.
Baffled, I looked again at my print of
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/dst_hu2?systemlist=w32 and
discovered I didn't RTFM thru "Step 3."
(I won't try to imagine why TZedit didn't take care of this.)
If you're looking at the wrong hour this morning, see if "Adjust
Date and Time" still says "(wherever) Standard Time." Resist the
natural urge to just bump it up an hour oh-heck-with-it. Click the
"time zone" tab, scroll around, come back to your own, click "OK."
