[BC] Air-Dielectric Sections

The stuff from Ideal, et. al for electricians is junk. Water based and
easily washes off the jacket and out of the conduit/duct. Also, once it
dries, the cables are in a cake of sorts and a real pain to try and pull
back out. So in the end, if the duct floods, the end result is the cable is
there to stay...
The stuff the fiber guys use is something silicone based and doesn't dry or
wash off the cable/duct wall. Its stays slick and adheres to the cable
jacket and duct wall like glue...but is slicker than snot on a door knob
for years to come. It's also water resistant. So if the duct floods, the
cable can still be pulled back out. Neat stuff....but a real pain to get
off your hands since it's not easily washed off.
