[BC] Public File cautionary story

Somewhere in the back of my mind I thought you could place the public file 
at places such as the public library as long as the public (and the commish) 
was made aware of where it was being placed. Just a guess. Good idea.

The public library would be great! I wonder if we need to PUSH the FCC,
if not Congress to allow stations to put their PF's in the public
library? This would be a great convenience to us broadcasters!  My
public library is moving to our public square, and is open on Saturdays
too!

I completely agree with Scott. These Rules are especially antiquated and
desperately need to be updated.

I like the idea of the separate location... a Public Library comes to
mind, and that *is* permissible. It just means extra work for someone to
run down there with the updates.
