[BC] Public File cautionary story

Barry,

One thing that impressed me, aside from the threat of arrest, was that
the GM deferred to a higher up in the organization who probably had no
idea about FCC rules.

I find that the case here, that once any FCC issue, or other issues
relating to broadcast, outside the general confines of the radio
station, college administrators really don't understand. But, this
isn't a FCC concern is it?

Bottom Line: This is a good reminder for all small stations to keep
their public file in order and up to date, no matter who their licensee
is. Until the rules change, that is all we can do.
