They should have moved all analog TV off LoVHF and not allow any digital
there either.  CH 6 could have been used to expand the FM band for low
power.  You could allow LPFM's, translators for daytime AM's.  They could
have used 2-5 for all kinds of things.
I'll apply for 87.9 here.  Most FM receivers can get it now... I get my
analog TV off air.  Both cable and satellite pictures really suck.  The
Direc TV local channels here are really bad.  The video is smashed to hard.
Low bandwidth.
