Tom, nice try. However, you forget that logic has nothing to do with it.
It's all a broad plot to line the pockets of elected Congressman and
Senators. You see, if you really want something, you just write a check
to your elected Congressman and/or Senator, and they'll intercede with
the Commission. We've seen the Harry Ried waiver and others. That's how
it works. If you don't like the PSRA/PSSA of your station, a nice
"honorarium" or "speaker's fee" will do the trick.
