[BC] New PSRA/PSSA nightmare!!

They have admitted there was a (big) problem with the 
programming. Their goal is getting reruns done for all 
of the adversely affected stations by 3/7.

The real problem is the lawyer kiddies have to make up
their minds before they task the (very limited) tech
staff to do these things, and it is not uncommon for
them to wait until the last minute - as it appears they
did in this case, even though Congress passed the DST
change LAST YEAR.

What I've heard is the only reductions SHOULD have been
in the advanced time parts of March and November. If 
your PSRA or PSSA was cut significantly at any other 
time, a call or e-mail to Norm Miller should make sure 
you are on the list for recalculation, if you are not 
on it automatically.
