No, it is the precedent. Why would your former company complain about 
protection of KYW but then want the same (or better) for WLW?  It makes 
no sense, especially since your stations were just sold off. If I had a 
class A station, I would do everything in my power to protect the 
contours both ground wave and skywave and I would band with other owners 
of similar facilities to keep things that way.
