[BC] New PSRA/PSSA nightmare!!

Hey Willie,
I just went and looked at the new authorizations for one of my AM stations,
WKMQ 1060. We used to have a 500W PSRA, at least for several months during
the year. Now that is cut back--to a maximum of 51 watts (and as low as 12
watts). What's REALLY interesting is looking over at the "Limiting Stations"
column. The station we are now protecting is XEEP. I looked them up. They
are located in Mexico City--with a daytime power of 100KW and a nighttime
power of 20KW.
I'm going to ask my superiors here at Clear Channel how they want to handle
this.
The inmates are truly running the asylum.
