[BC] New PSRA/PSSA nightmare!!

Willie,
You guys need to talk with the GM/Owners of WTWP and get a letter
stating that they have no problems with you signing on at 500 watts from
6 AM to local sunrise. Once you get that, have your FCC attorney take
this to Norm Miller and see if he can get something done. Your boss
should get off his tail and apply for a wavier!
When Harold Roth was on of the commissioners, he was a TAB meeting we
had several years ago and this was a hot issue with some of us. He
thought this Pre-Sunrise deal was really stupid. He said all Class D
stations (daytimers) should be on a 6 AM at 500 watts to serve the
communities they cover.
What it's going to take is for all of us to raise hell, and just maybe
Norm Miller can get the commissioners to go along with us and do away
with this non-sense. Like Roth said ALL CLASS Ds should be on 500 watts
from 6 AM to local sunrise. This revision screwed with mine too.

Scott

Oh, no! No! NO!!! <:O

This is *Horrible*!! Not only do we get diddly squat for those three
weeks of March, we are also losing our previous 290 watts for 15 minutes
in April! Now, they're only letting us have a measly 10 watts?! <:O
**Useless**!!!

But wait... it gets *Worse*! We also are losing our PSSA of 500 watts...
and we only get a putrid 3 watts! Utterly worthless!!

I am *not at all* a happy camper! I hope the boss calls our FCC
Attorney... this is horriffic!

Willie...
