FCC Fines PA Station For Excessive Night Power
Southern Gospel WADV-A/LEBANON, PA gets fined $4,000 by the FCC for power limit violations. The station is authorized for a nominal 5 watts at night but failed to reduce power or turn off the transmitter at local sunset.
