You have to contact Harris to get their chips too.  $50 per unit if your
firmware is v6.0+, $200 per otherwise.  They will at least take the order
completely over the phone.

TFT is presently taking orders for EPROM replacement.  It costs about 
135.00 + shipping.  They say the EPROMS will be shipped prior to the 
March 11 date.  YOU (each station) have to contact them and they will 
send you a PDF file to fill in the credit card info  and FAX back to 
them and put your station in the list for shipping.
