         While I'd never want to prevent the manufacturers
         from making some money, one has to wonder
         if Congress is going to "play" with the law again.

         If it were me, I might just do this manually for
         the first year, to be sure it wasn't $135 wasted.

         But, then ... what can I say?  I don't have to
         worry about it at all ... you guys all go
         "out of step" with Arizona. <g>
