This is wrong-and likely the death knell for LPFM and 10 watt FM stations-most
of which have been on before 1980.
Once this is allowed, how long before the LPFM/noncom rules are changed to
make LPFM's and Class D FM's secondary to translators? After all, this
valuable spectrum shouldn't be wasted on community stations when every AM
station wants one-or several.

Is this fair to other small AM's? If they can have one why can't the
rest of us? I wonder what requirements they had to meet to get this.
