For Public Safety? Not one of these guys has a clue how PS communications
work. If you read it, they are just another bunch of computer idiots that
want access to that nice chunk of 700 MHz spectrum reserved for PS.
It's an appalling idea. As is the one proposed by that Nextel clown Morgan
O'Brien with his new adventure, Cyren Call. How do you clear commercial
traffic off the PS spectrum in an emergency? How fast can it be done? Will
all the sites be hardened?
Of course they don't address these or any other real concerns, only a bunch
of fluff.
