[BC] Power distribution in the NE

NH as I recall is on an inter tie which brings in hydro power from 
Quebec. It was not part of the blackout because of that. It seems the 
rest of the country just does not learn.  As for clean air, there is 
nuclear power. We just don't build plants anymore.
