[BC] Station Rules compliance (AOL Webmail)

Paul,
NYC doesn't get in Middle TN that well. Their pattern misses us and
at night, we don't hear them. I am getting that Mexican station though,
in addition a few other stations that I have no clue what they are. WQEW
starts to give a much hotter signal east of Knoxville.

 Scott

And in the winter, Mexico has got to slam you. Last I heard, they were
back
up to full power of over 100kw in that former border blaster on 1560.
Does
NYC give you trouble too?

Oh by the way Kent, every morning for the first two to three hours after
sunrise, my station gets stomped on by WPAD, WPGY, WAGL and WBOL, all on
1560.

I've come to the realization that this is going to happen and it's there
for good. I've got WPAD right in the middle of the day causing some
interference to my 5 m/vM. No use to grip about it, I just live with
it. I do believe their day pattern is somewhat out of wack, but so what.

OK enough Scott! BS! I used to work for Clear Channel and sticking to
the
rules was JOB ONE. There is no IF ANDS OR BUTS about it. You didnt
stick
to the rules you were GONE. The engineer that told you that is WAY out
of
line.

So stop this whining, pull your head out of the sand, oh and stop your
whining.

And hats off to Gary. He nailed it. I truly feel sorry for you that
have
such a negative outlook. Radio has it problems, but what business
doesnt.

Count me in for the self policing technique.
