[BC] Station sign-on time/power

You have your work cut out for you.  Ownership is scary stuff. I 
promised myself a long time ago I would never go down that road. I would 
certainly hope you take a big picture view of the situation. 
Transmitters and the frequencies they use are becoming endangered 
species.  If you read the EU position paper on BPL, you will learn AM 
channels are no longer of any real value so it is OK to trash them with 
BPL.  If that sticks and the power companies, FCC and Homeland security 
picks up on the concept, I would want to be out of the transmission 
business sooner rather than later. In any event, good luck.
