Gee, my house was broken into a few times. The Police were ineffective
in the first cases. When my neighbors finally caught the guy (I was out
of town) they beat the crap out of him and dragged his bloodied ass down
the street to where he lived and dumped him on the porch. No Police were
involved, no court time wasted the problem finally was solved permanently.
