[BC] Older transmitters

This Harris SX-5A was destroying transistors, which were relatively 
expensive.  The problem was solved by replacing the older style PA modules 
with the updated version.  They use a different transistor, which is far 
less expensive.  We also repaired a couple of PA toroid boards by replacing 
two or three toroid cores which had broken.  The transmitter has been doing 
quite well since then.
